Personal data that I process when you are a customer:

Reason: to be able to call or e-mail you during our cooperation, the settlement of the payment and legal obligation towards the tax authorities. I keep this data for 7 years.
In addition, I make brief notes about the progress of the coaching, for my own use only. I keep this data for a maximum of 1 year.

Reason: to be able to send information about my activities, to be able to make contact about possible cooperation. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe.
When you visit my website:
Data about surfing behavior. This data is not personalized, so it cannot be traced back to an IP address or personal name.
Sharing personal data with third parties:
I do not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of my agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. I conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on my behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

In order to verify that the request for access is made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your identification with the request. Please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) in this copy to protect your privacy. I will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks.
