Coaching sessions can take place on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis, depending on the needs and schedule of the client. There is also flexible scheduling options, such as phone or video sessions, to accommodate mothers with busy schedules.

The coaching process typically involves identifying goals, creating a plan to achieve those goals, and taking action to make progress. It may also involve building skills and developing strategies to overcome challenges or obstacles. Coaching sessions typically involve a combination of discussion, feedback, and action planning.

I am remote worker and I travel quite often. In-person (face to face) coaching is possible based on my availability. For online we can communicate through video conferencing, phone calls, and messaging.

The frequency and duration of our sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Typically, we will meet every 2 weeks for 1 hour sessions. But, we can also arrange more or less frequent sessions according to your schedule.

My coaching process begins with an initial consultation where we will discuss your need, for example: career goals, current health and wellness goals, travel needs,  or any concerns you may have. We will then create a personalized plan that includes specific steps and strategies for achieving those goals. We will work together to make any necessary adjustments to the plan as we progress, and I will provide support, guidance, and responsibility throughout the process.
